We have cleared all old passwords for clients this morning due to a high-risk vulnerability found in the IDC control panel, which posed a risk of plaintext password leakage. The vulnerability has now been patched, and your data remains secure.
You may obtain a new login password via password reset. Please do not reuse your previous password. The new password will only be displayed twice on the reset page and will NOT be stored on our control panel server.
Password reset is processed as a background task. There is a queue due to a high volume of reset requests, which may take several minutes. Kindly wait patiently.
